Cancellation: All reservations must be cancelled by 12 noon one day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room and tax charged to the credit card. Guarantee: A valid credit card is due at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.

Family Plan: Children 18 and younger stay free of charge in parents’ room when utilizing existing bedding. Pets: Only Seeing Eye dogs are accepted.

Special Rates: Some rates require specific Identification, such as government rates or membership card rates (Entertainment, AAA, etc). Valid government employee card or a membership card in the guest’s name and valid picture identification card (driver’s license, passport, Skypass, IATA card) will have to be provided at the Front Desk at the time of check-in.

A valid credit card is needed at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. We take identity theft seriously. If a guest will be using your credit card for payment, please fill out this credit card authorization form from your computer, print and sign it then fax it to our reservation department using the number provided.  Requests MUST be received three (3) business days before arrival.
