Program, we make it simple for you to book
online at your convenience, at any time of
the day.
With your Corporate Account you will receive
an individual Company Code, as well as a direct
link which you can keep on your computer.
Use either one to book your rooms when you
need them, directly into our reservations
system.

Individual Corporate Account Reservations:
To reserve a room at your company's confirmed
rate, or to use your Direct Reservations Link:
• Click on the
link that has been provided. It will take
you to the Reservations Booking page at
the Wilshire Grand Hotel Web Site. You
will see that the name of your company
appears in the "Promo Code" field.
• Enter the reservation dates (arrival
& departure dates) and the number
of people that will be occupying the room.
Press the "Check Availability" box.
• The available room types will
be displayed at your company's negotiated
rates. Select the Type of room you prefer,
and press the "Select" box.
• Your reservations information
will be displayed. You now provide your
e-mail address and type in a password
for your security, and press "Go".
• The final step is to complete
the transaction by providing the information
as requested, and press "Go".
• You will shortly receive a personalized
confirmation for your Reservation by e-mail.
